*Postage starts from $5.The system will automatically calculate the postage based on your area and the weight of the product, and the final postage will be displayed at the checkout.

*We will choose AU post or Fastway for transportation according to product size.

*Estimate Shipping time,please refer to the official websites of AU post and Fastway.

Return And Refund Policy
*The returned item has to be in unused in its original condition and in original packaging. If not return in the original packaging restocking fees may apply. You will receive a credit or refund for the full purchase price - excluding delivery .
 
* For faulty, incorrectly supplied or damaged items restocking fee is not applicable and return freight costs are covered by goldenbillow.com.au.

*Please be cautious to order all direct contact skin  products, such as clothes, bedding, etc. Due to health and hygiene reasons, such products will not be accepted exchange or refund once opened without quality problems.

*Once we receive the returned item we will refund your payment within 5 business days.
